Our workforce housing units are uniquely designed for optimal privacy, comfort, and convenience. Situated on 87 acres — just 7 miles east of Carlsbad, off Hobbs Highway at 26 Quahada Road, (County Road 603) — our Lodge is adjacent to the new Quahada RV Park. Our 48 structures feature 4 individual, single-occupancy apartments that include amenities such as:

• Full-sized bed, quality mattress, office desk and chair, and large closet.
• Full private bathroom for each single occupant, including a full-size bath/ shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
• Free laundry. Towels and soaps are stocked by housekeeping on regular schedule.
• Wi-Fi availability
• Quality windows and blinds in every room, allowing for a lot of light in each unit.
